一、会议简介/Conference Introduction

冶金是国民经济发展不可或缺的重要基础和工业化支柱，建设冶金科技强国，推进智能化绿色冶金发展是国家重要战略需求。新材料是国民经济试点产业、高端制造业和国防产业的重要保障，是世界国际战略竞争的焦点。本次会议将紧密围绕冶金与新材料领域的关键技术，邀请国内外知名院士、专家、学者展开深入研讨，搭建中外高校、科研院所、企业合作对接平台，深化国际科技合作。我们也将关注新材料领域的前沿技术，探讨其在冶金行业中的应用潜力，推动全球冶金与新材料产业的可持续发展。热忱欢迎各位专家、学者、科研人员以及产业界人士出席，推进“一带一路”建设实现高质量发展，共绘冶金与新材料产学研用新蓝图。

本次会议将邀请在冶金、材料、环境、新能源等研究领域的著名学者和专家以大会特邀报告、特邀主题报告的方式参与学术交流。会议将于2024年11月4日-11月6日在湖南省长沙市隆重举行，热诚欢迎各高校、科研院（所）以及企事业单位的科研、工程技术人员和管理人员参加会议。 

Metallurgy serves as an indispensable and fundamental cornerstone for the advancement of the national economy and stands as a pivotal pillar of industrialization. The establishment of a robust metallurgical science and technology sector, alongside the advancement of intelligent and green metallurgical practices, is a critical strategic imperative for the nation. Concurrently, the development of new materials forms a crucial foundation for emerging industries within the national economy, high-end manufacturing sectors, and national defense initiatives, positioning them as focal points in the arena of global strategic competition. This forthcoming conference will zero in on the key technologies within the realms of metallurgy and new materials. It will feature renowned academicians, experts, and scholars from both domestic and international arenas, who will engage in comprehensive discussions. The event aims to foster a robust platform for collaboration and integration among universities, research institutes, and enterprises from China and abroad, thereby enhancing international scientific and technological cooperation. In addition to this, the conference will spotlight cutting-edge technologies within the field of new materials, exploring their potential applications in the metallurgical industry, thus promoting the sustainable development of global metallurgy and the new materials sector. We extend a warm invitation to all experts, scholars, researchers, and industrialists to attend this conference. By doing so, we collectively aspire to enhance the "Belt and Road" initiative towards achieving high-quality development and to collaboratively envision a new horizon for the industry-academic-research-application integration in metallurgy and new materials.

This conference will invite renowned scholars and experts in the fields of metallurgy, materials, environment, new energy, and other research areas to participate in academic exchanges through invited presentations and keynote speeches. The conference will be held from November 4th to November 6th, 2024 in Changsha, Hunan Province. We warmly welcome scientific research, engineering and technical personnel, as well as management personnel from universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions to attend the conference.

六、会务费用说明/Explanation of Conference Expenses

食宿安排：会务组统一安排食宿，宿费自理。

现场注册者组委会不安排房间，届时请自行解决住宿。会议期间可利用酒店有福盛源大酒店。

Accommodation and board arrangement: The conference team will arrange accommodation and board uniformly, and the accommodation expenses will be borne by oneself.

The organizing committee of on-site registrants will not arrange rooms, please arrange accommodation on your own. During the conference, the hotel Youfu Shengyuan Hotel can be utilized.
